How do I start an order?
Just provide your technical drawings (2D/3D CAD) by email or upload, our engineering team will evaluate the manufacturability and provide you a detail quote and feasibilityassessment.
When can you deliver the order after payment?
Our standard lead time are 2-3 working days for samples and 5–7 working days for bulk order, subject to order volume and part complexity.
How does RPD protect data and intellectual property? Can you assure me that my design will remain confidential?
RPD adhere to strict Intellectual Property (IP) protection protocols. We are fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving any sensitive data to ensure your proprietary designs remain secure.

How to work with RPD? What's the order process?
The standard steps are: Request Quote -> Order Confirmation -> Pay Deposit -> Manufacture -> Order Ready & Inspection -> Balance -> Ship & Track -> Order Arrival. Don’t worry, upon ordering, you will be assigned a senior project manager. You will get update from my team via email or phone.
