How to get start?
Kicking off a project is easy—simply share what you have. For detailed quotes, send your CAD files (STEP, STP, STL, or PDF) to engineer@rpdmfg.com. If you’re in the early stages, don’t hesitate to send rough photos, an existing part, or even a quick sketch. Our team will take a look and connect with you as soon as possible.
How to get Quote & place Order?
We use a formal internal quoting system. After receiving your files, our project team analyzes them and finalizes the price. You will receive the official quote by email.
A dedicated contact person will follow up on your quote and order, providing timely updates via email, phone, or WhatsApp—so you get the answers and information you need as quickly as possible.
What 's Payment terms does RPD support??
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes, but only for eligible customers upon request. Net‑30 or installment options are available after review by our sales team. Approval requires a company background check, and terms are not offered to new customers.

What's Order Warranty?
One of the reasons engineers purchase from RPD is that we take on all the risks for you. We guarantee you’ll love what you get. Not happy with it? We’ll either redo it or give you a full refund. Your purchase is completely risk-free.
What's Capacities? Any certificate?
CNC Machining Capabilities
100 CNC center/lathe supporting 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling and turning, with approximately 100 material options and surface finishes available. Maximum part size: 4000×1500×600mm. Standard tolerance: ±0.025mm (ISO 2768), with tighter tolerances available upon request (may increase cost and complexity). Capable of both low-volume and high-volume production.
Mold & Injection Molding Capabilities
We offer rapid tooling, conventional injection molds, die-casting molds, two-shot molds, insert molding, family mold, multi-cavity molds, and silicone molds. Injection molding and die-casting presses range from 100T to 1600T, accommodating parts up to 1.5 meters in size.
Sheet Metal Fabrication Capabilities
Maximum part size: 1500×3000mm.

What shipping terms, methods, and transit times do you offer?
We typically quote on EXW or DAP terms, but can also accommodate EXW, FOB, DDU, or DDP upon request.
Term highlights:
EXW – You handle everything from our factory onward.
FOB – We ship to the port; you cover freight, insurance, and customs from there.
DAP – We deliver to your location; you handle unloading and final costs.
DDU – We deliver to destination; you pay import duties and inland freight.
DDP – We cover everything including freight, insurance, customs, and duties to your door.
Shipping methods: Express, air, sea, or multimodal transport available.
Transit time: 3-7 working days for express or air, 20-35 days for sea or multimodal transport.
