Common SS include SS303, SS304, SS304L, SS316 etc. More Metals

Titanium
Features: Titanium alloys offer an exceptional combination of high strength-to-weight ratio, outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility, and performance across extreme temperatures, making them the material of choice for aerospace, medical implants, and high-end applications. Common Titanium include Grade 2, Grade 3 etc. More Metals

Brass
Features: Brass offer exceptional machinability and excellent surface finishes. It combines good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and an attractive gold-like appearance, making it ideal for precision components, valves, fittings, electrical connectors, and decorative hardware. Common Brass include C36000, C37700 etc. More Metals

ABS
It features excellent machinability, good dimensional stability, small deformation of parts after processing, and easy guarantee of precision. It also has outstanding toughness and is less prone to cracking and chipping during processing. Suit for product prototypes, jigs and fixtures, model parts, instrument panels, shell samples, etc. More Plastic

POM/Delrin
Heterocrystalline thermoplastic, with high strength and rigidity Low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication Extremely low hygroscopicity, maintaining stable dimensions in humid environments, suitable for processing precision gears, bearings, sliding guides, snap-fit components, pump valve parts. More Plastic

Peek
High-temperature resistance & high mechanical strength and fatigue resistance comparable to alloy materials. Outstanding self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties Strong corrosion resistance, good flame retardancy. Good biocompatibility, capable of repeated high-temperature sterilization, suitable for aerospace structural components, medical implants, automotive engine parts, etc. More Plastic

Nylon
It features excellent toughness, self-lubrication, wear resistance, oil resistance and high impact strength (higher than ABS and POM, but lower than PC). Its heat deflection temperature is relatively low, making it suitable for processing gears, bearings, automotive parts, electrical enclosures, fasteners, etc. More Plastic

Carbon Fiber/CFRP
Extremely lightweight yet with extremely high rigidity, the strength-to-weight ratio far exceeds that of metals. It is commonly used in aerospace structural components, unmanned aircraft bodies, high-end automotive parts, and sports equipment.

Glass Fiber/GFRP
The strength and stiffness are slightly lower than those of carbon fiber, but it still has high strength and good corrosion resistance, while being at a lower cost. It is widely used in the manufacture of chemical-resistant components, electrical insulators, ship structures, and various lightweight components.

Rubber
Rubber (EPDM, FKM, NBR, silicone, CR) provides excellent weather, ozone, heat, and aging resistance. It is machined into sealing strips, bushings, dampers, oil seals, and medical seals — widely used in aerospace, medical, automotive, and chemical industries.

FAQs About Our CNC Milling Services
Why CNC Milling?
CNC milling delivers exceptional precision and repeatability, consistently holding tight tolerances for identical parts. It also enables fast production of complex 3D shapes and superior surface finishes across metals, plastics, and composites.
What kind of equipment do you use?
Our factory equipment with high-end 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
Do you offer surface finishing and assembly services after CNC milling?
Yes, exactly. We offer anodizing, sand blasting, plating, polishing, painting, and other surface treatments. Assembly of milled parts into sub-units is also available to streamline your production process.
What is your quality control system?
We operate under a rigorous Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards. Our 5 Steps QC process is including IQC (Incoming Quality Control) , FQC (Final Quality Control) , OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) for routine production.
QE (Quality Engineering) / CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implemented throughout the entire product lifecycle, especially during the post-sale stage, to drive continuous improvement. Simply speaking 100% inspection before shipment to ensure zero defects.
What kind of quality assurance or warranty do you offer on orders?
One of the reasons engineers purchase from RPD is that we take on all the risks for you. We guarantee you’ll love what you get. Not happy with it? We’ll either redo it or give you a full refund. Your purchase is completely risk-free.
What's kind of CNC milling material do you offer? Any certificate?
There are a wide range of metals (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass etc.) and plastics (ABS, POM, Nylon etc.). For more materials, pls check material guide. Material certifications (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO) can be provided upon request.
Which kind of file formats can I send for CNC milling projects?
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, and other common CAD formats.
